Understanding all the different paths you could take can be overwhelming. NatWest has set out to help young people understand their options. From tools such as Find Your Potential to programmes delivered to young people across the country, we work with NatWest to create and deliver CareerSense. CareerSense exists to help young people understand their opportunities and develop transferable skills for the future world of work.
In year 1 of CareerSense, we have:
- Delivered 644 workshops in school
- Reached 138 bank employee Ambassadors across our CareerSense programmes
- Reached 17,550 young people
The programme provides young people with tools and access to the information needed to help them build their CareerSense.
The Impact
15,136 students taken part in an Exploration Workshop
Ambition to support 100 young people not in education, employment or training placed through the programme
2,315 students taken part in a CareerSense Dream Bigger Workshop
This programme is a strong demonstration of the brands purpose in action to champion the potential of families and communities. CareerSense builds brand advocacy for NatWest and makes a particular difference to young people most in need.
