Building brand advocacy
By providing young people with essential tools and access to the information they need to build their future.
The unmet need
Research today shows that almost half of 16-24-year-olds are concerned about their ability to secure a job and 39% are concerned about their ability to succeed in the workplace. Yet, young people do not have equal access to the tools and opportunities that enable them to enter the world of work.
Why NatWest?
NatWest are no strangers to championing the potential of young people. Moving beyond money to fund expansive Career ‘Sense’ solutions is a testament to their unique commitment to ensure that tomorrow can start today for young people. As trust in traditional banks was at an all-time low and facing increased competition from new banks, we partnered with NatWest to build advocacy with the next generation.
CareerSense connects with 13-24-year-olds at scale by recognising that the needs of different ages and groups of young people aren’t the same. The programme’s multiple activations ensure that all young people are included:
Find Your Path - an employability programme to help 16–24-year-olds who are not currently in education, employment or training. It provides them with vital skills development, mentoring and paid work experience.
Dream Bigger - supports students with entrepreneurship lessons and inspirational content, supported by NatWest Ambassadors.
Exploration Workshop - Classroom-based activities co-delivered by NatWest Ambassadors, enabling students to develop core skills for the workplace.
