Leapskills: Supporting Students on World Mental Health Day

šŸŒ World Mental Health Day is a reminder that mental well-being should always be a priority, especially during lifeā€™s big transitions. Starting university can be a major shift, and many students find it challenging. Did you know that 71% of university students experience stress due to academic pressures, and 46% say financial difficulties negatively affect their mental health?

Thatā€™s why, in collaboration with Unite Students, we developed Leapskillsā€”a free programme to help prospective students, parents and carers prepare for living away from home. By offering practical advice and emotional support, Leapskills empowers students to navigate university life with confidence.

This World Mental Health Day, letā€™s break the stigma and ensure every student feels supported.
