Spotlight on: NatWest Find Your Path programme

Today is Social Mobility Awareness Day, a day to #ShareMoments, spread awareness and to shout about the amazing work our clients are doing to improve social mobility in the UK.

Research shows that young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds are twice as likely to be out of education and employment than their wealthier peers. We are so proud to be supporting the Find Your Path programme from NatWest Group which provides 16-24-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training with vital skills development, mentoring and paid work experience.

The programme has given over 130 young people who are facing barriers to employment the confidence and self-belief to help them to understand their own skills and strengths needed for the workplace.

There is still so much more work to be done to ensure that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are given the tools to make informed decisions about their futures. The fantastic work of NatWest is a shining example of what can be accomplished when brands champion future generations, providing them with the skills and experiences to achieve their goals.
